If you’ve purchased a planner, template, or other downloadable product—good news! You’ll get access right away. Here’s how:

✅ Option 1: Right After Checkout

As soon as your payment is complete, you’ll see a confirmation page with direct download links.

You’ll also receive an invoice from hello@stillpointgrove.com. You can download files via the download link/s in the email

🎓 Courses, Workshops & Kits

If you have joined a workshop, course, or toolkit, access is delivered through our members portal.

✅ Option 1: Instant access on the confirmation page

After checkout you will see a button to open the members portal. Your login details are shown there so you can get started right away.

✅ Option 2: Check your welcome email

You will also receive a welcome email with your portal link and login details. Please keep this email for your records.

🔐 Accessing your purchase

  • Access is tied to the email used at checkout.
  • Once logged in, your items appear under Available Products. Click to open your course or kit.

⏱ Provisioning time

It can take 1 to 5 minutes for the system to unlock your access after payment. If your product is not visible straight away, wait a moment and refresh.

📥 Not seeing the email?

  • Check spam or promotions folders.
  • Add our address to your safe senders list, then request a password reset from the portal login page if needed.
