The Best Way to Build a $100K Business (That You Haven’t Tried Yet)

What if I told you that building a $100K business doesn’t require 14-hour days, being on every social platform, or constantly chasing clients?

There’s a way to grow your business that doesn’t require overworking—and most women running coaching or course-based businesses never get shown.

And the best part? It’s probably something you’ve already got the pieces for—you’ve just never been shown how to pull it together.

Let’s be honest—none of us quit our jobs to spend all day fiddling with Canva and reheating the same cup of coffee.

I used to think that building a six-figure business meant being everywhere, saying yes to everything, and somehow keeping it all together while pretending it was fine.

But after exhausting myself trying to keep up with it all, I realised something that changed everything:

  • 🚫 You don’t need to do more.
  • 🚫 You just need three simple systems that work together properly.

Most people skip them because they seem too basic. But once I stopped jumping from one shiny idea to the next and focused on these three foundations? Everything started working.

If you’re feeling like you need to clone yourself just to stay on top of it all—or you’re wondering if it really has to be this hard—this is for you.

Why Common Strategies Aren’t Working

Let’s talk about the typical approach.

If you’ve been trying to grow your business but nothing’s really clicking—or it’s taking way longer than it should—it’s not because you’re not trying hard enough.

It’s because the usual advice:

  • ❌ Overcomplicates everything—you’re juggling a million things and constantly context switching
  • ❌ Might work for someone with no other responsibilities—but if you’ve got kids, a partner, a household, or just a full life? It falls apart fast
  • ❌ Spreads your energy thin across too many platforms, and the results come way too slow (if they come at all)
  • So if you’ve been wondering, “Why isn’t this working?”—you’re not the problem. There’s just a better way to do this.

The Better Way to Build a $100K Business

Here’s what changed everything for me—and what I now teach all my clients:

Three simple systems.
That’s it.
Not 17 funnels. Not 5 new offers. Just three things working together behind the scenes.

Let’s break them down.

System #1: Discovery — How People Find You

This is how people discover your business and realise you’re exactly who they need.

And no, you don’t have to be on every platform or “go viral.”

It’s about choosing 2–3 intentional ways to show up where your ideal client is already looking.

That might mean:

  • Example:
I used to try keeping up with seven social platforms—because I thought I had to be everywhere. But when I focused on just two—the ones where my people actually were—and got consistent with my content, my visibility went up, and my time spent marketing went way down.

System #2: Relationship Building — So They Trust You Enough to Buy

Once people find you, they need to get to know you—and know that you get them.

This doesn’t mean constantly being in your inbox or posting inspirational quotes five times a day.

It’s about building trust in a way that’s sustainable—and that suits your personality.

Think:

  • Example:
  • I used to think I needed a massive email list to make sales. But when I focused on actually nurturing the list I had, my open rates jumped to over 40%—and sales started coming in consistently.

Turns out, it’s not about the size of your list. It’s about how well you connect.

System #3: Sales — A Clear, Simple Way for People to Buy

Here’s where most people get stuck: the actual selling.

They either don’t want to sound pushy, or they’re trying ten different strategies at once—and nothing feels natural.

But when you’ve got a clean, intentional sales system in place? Selling gets easier—and dare I say, a bit more fun.

  • Example:
  • I used to send random follow-ups and just hope people would click “buy. Now, with an automated sequence that’s tailored, conversational, and genuinely helpful, my conversions have more than doubled—and I’m not glued to my inbox.

Why Most People Skip This (And Why You Shouldn’t)

So why don’t more people build these systems?

  • 🚫 Because they think if it’s not hard, it won’t work
  • 🚫 Because they’re distracted by what everyone else is doing
  • 🚫 Because they’re used to doing everything manually and can’t imagine it being easier
  • But here’s the thing: business doesn’t have to feel messy to be working.

Once I put these three systems in place, I wasn’t just making more money—I was working fewer hours, and actually enjoying my business again.

In short— you don’t need to do it all. You just need to do the right things in a way that feels good, works for your life, and brings in consistent income.
